• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time

• Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Remote or rural areas may take longer (up to 8–10 days).

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
• We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional offers.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on selected orders and locations.
• We reserve the right to disable COD for certain users or high-risk orders.
• Additional confirmation (OTP or call) may be required before dispatch.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID/link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

6. Delays

• Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier issues, or high demand.
• Bikaoo.in is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

• If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address or unavailability, multiple attempts may be made.
• If delivery fails repeatedly, the order may be cancelled or returned.

8. Incorrect Address

• Please ensure your shipping details are correct.
• We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

9. Refused Orders

• If a customer refuses to accept a COD order, future orders may be restricted or blocked.
• Any applicable shipping or handling costs may be charged.

10. Damaged Packages

• If you receive a package that appears damaged, please do not accept it or record an unboxing video and contact us immediately.
